The short version

We only collect what we need to run this website and respond to you. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone who doesn't need it.

What we collect

• If you contact us or book an appointment, we receive the details you provide - your name, contact details, and anything you tell us about what you're looking for.
• Our website keeps simple, anonymous visit counts (how many people viewed a page). This uses no cookies and cannot identify you.
• If you leave your email address on the shop page, we keep it only to let you know when the shop opens. We won't send you anything else, we won't pass it on to anyone, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

Online bookings and cookies

Appointment bookings on this site are handled by Cliniko, the practice management system we use. When you use the booking form, Cliniko may set cookies in your browser to make the booking work and to help us understand how people find and use online bookings (analytics). The information you enter when booking goes into our secure Cliniko system, which we use to manage appointments and your care.

Your health information

Anything you share with us as a client is handled in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the Health Information Privacy Code. You can ask to see or correct your information at any time.
